We will be presenting a Python tutorial that focuses on practical problems that can arise using the Odyssey cluster.

This tutorial is intended for people completely new to unix and command line driven analysis. It introduces how to navigate the unix filesystem, make and delete files and directories and be able to list the contents of files and directories.

This is a review of some R basics.

This is a basic introduction to the R programming language. The tutorial is not specific to Linux or the Cannon cluster.
